为解决现有圆筒混合机存在的造球效果较差的问题,通过对改善混合料透气性途径进行研究,提出了应用锥形逆流分级圆筒混合造球技术。工业性试验结果表明,在榆钢原料和技术条件下,采用锥形逆流圆筒混合造球技术后,烧结机台时产量提高3.78t/台时,提高了5.88%,混合料<1mm粒级含量降低3.9个百分点,烧结矿的质量与基准期基本持平。
In order to solve the problem of poor pelletizing existing in the existing cylindrical mixer, the conical countercurrent graded cylinder hybrid pelletizing technology was proposed by studying the ways to improve the air permeability of the mixture.
