  Vlasov-Poisson and Wigner equations are fundamental equations in Plasma and Semiconductor respectively.We focus on numerically solving these two equations using the regularized moment method.Distribution functions are approximated by Hermite polynomial expansion,which is shifted by local macroscopic velocity and scaled by the square root of local temperature.
