Object:In this study paclitaxel nanosuspensions were successfully prepared by using TPGS as the stabilizers,which can inhibit the efflux function of P-glucoprotein.The pharmacokinetics and acute toxicity were evaluated in mice.Method:The paclitaxel nanosuspensions were prepared by the evaporative precipitation into aqueous solution (EPAS) method,and the freeze-dried powders of the suspensions were obtained through lyophilization process.
