Objective: The research made detoxification of rapeseed peptides by using dual frequency ultrasound assisted technology.Use detoxification of rapeseed peptides for toxicological study.Material: Detoxification of rapeseed protein was made from rapeseed meal which has been detoxificated.Then made detoxification of rapeseed peptides by using dual frequency ultrasound assisted extraction techology and enzymatic hydrolysis technology.Methods: Rapeseed detoxificated through hydrochloric acid and ethanol.The precipitate was used to making detoxificatation of rapeseed protein with method of dissoluting in alkali and depositing in acid.Detoxification rapeseed peptides were made from detoxification rapeseed protein with dual frequency ultrasound assisted extraction technology under condition of: power density of 300 W/L,40℃,frequency of 20 kHz and 50 kHz,combined action mode,working / intermittent time of 5s/5s.After ultrasonic action for 30 min,hydrolyze the protein with compound proteinase,then we got detoxification rapeseed peptides.
