QH-1型扁环在液化气胺萃取塔改造中的应用

该文对国外引进的液化气用二乙醇胺(DEA)脱H<,2>S的萃取塔进行了核算,发现原陶瓷鲍尔环空隙率小、处理量低,在高负荷下接近液泛,因而液化气质量不稳定。通过采用当量直径相同的不锈钢QH-1型扁环填料,大大提高了萃取塔的处理能力和传质效率。不仅保证了液化气的质量,而平均处理量提高了25.6℅,平均溶剂比下降27℅,经济效益和社会效益显著。
