本体异质结聚合物太阳电池具有器件结构简单、制作成本低、重量轻以及可以制备成柔性器件等突出优点,近年来成为国内外研究热点.[1]聚合物太阳电池研究的焦点是提高能量转换效率和稳定性,而提高效率和稳定性的关键是给体和受体光伏材料和电极界面修饰层材料.传统聚合物太阳电池使用透明导电聚合物PEDOT:PSS用作修饰ITO电极的正极修饰层材料,使用低功函数的活泼金属Ca/Al作为负极.但是酸性的PEDOT:PSS对ITO电极具有腐蚀作用,活泼金属钙对环境中的水气和氧非常敏感,这导致器件的稳定性问题.
