We synthesized benzopyran embedded drug-like and natural product-like compounds through diversity-oriented and combinatorial synthesis.[1] According to their biological activity discovered through cell-based screening, we synthesized probe for mechanism study.[2] We also designed azobenzene-like hetero azo-compounds as optoswitches in chemical biology study.
