1例女性患者因卵巢颗粒细胞痛术后复发,伴重症癌转移,在全身麻醉下行"开腹探查,肿瘤细胞减灭,肝部分切除,脾切除及膈肌肿物切除术",手术时间长达12小时,术中组织粘连重、手术时间长、出血多、术中内脏或肢体大面积、长时间的暴露、 大量补液及应用麻醉药,极易发生围术期低体温.在联合应用术前保暖、术中提高环境温度、覆盖保暖、静脉输液和体腔冲洗液加温等措施,使患者体温保持于36.8℃,未发生低体温,取得了良
目的 探讨支撑喉镜下二氧化碳激光显微喉肿瘤手术护理配合的要点。方法 对122例择期行支撑显微喉镜下二氧化碳激光显微手术患者进行分析讨论。使用正确的术前宣教、良好的心理护理、完善的术前准备、严格的防护措施、术中熟练的手术配合以及术后的病人安全管理等护理措施对患者进行围手术期的护理，术后做相关随访。结果 122例行支撑显微喉镜下二氧化碳激光显微手术的患者均安全、顺利的完成手术并且安返病房。结论 显微激

目的：探讨压疮危险因素评分表在神经科Ⅰ级护理患者中预防压疮的作用.方法：采用压疮危险因素评分表对神经科Ⅰ级护理忠者进行压疮危险因素的评分，根据分值采取相应的护理措施，并严密观察皮肤情况.结果：实施干预的96例神经科Ⅰ级护理患者中，压疮评分提示压疮轻度危险组64例，中度危险组18例，高度危险组9例，极度危险组5例，其中2例患者发生Ⅱ期压疮，压疮发生率为2.08％.结论：在神经科Ⅰ级护理患者中应用压疮
