Ⅰb, 5-n-butyl-4-{4-[2-(1H-tetrazole-5-yl)-lH-pyrrol-l-yl] phenylmethyl}-2,4-dihydro-2-(2,6-dichloridephenyl)-3H-1,2,4-triazol-3-one is a new kind of non-peptide AT1 receptor antagonists with high potency and low side effects.Several preclinical tests have indicated that Ⅰ b is potentially efficient in the treatment of hypertension and proves to be a potent angiotensin AT1 selective receptor antagonist with a mode of insurmountable antagonism, exhibiting high affinity with AT1 receptor.
