【目的】探讨心脉康对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)左心室肥厚的的影响。【方法】将雄性35只SHR大鼠随机分成模型组、贝那普利组(阳性药物组)、心脉康组、心脉康组+贝那普利组。药物干预12周后,计算左室质量指数(LVI)。采用免疫组织化学法观察各组大鼠心肌组织I型、III型胶原表达,并在电镜下观察各组心肌细胞超微结构。【结果】与模型组比较,心脉康组及心脉康+贝那普利组左心室质量指数显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);模型组I型胶原和III型胶原表达明显,而各治疗组可减少胶原蛋白的表达,以心脉康组和心脉康+贝那普利组治疗效果显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。【结论】心脉康可能通过减少I型胶原、III型胶原的表达,达到抗心肌纤维化,从而改善自发性高血压大鼠左心室肥厚的作用。
【Objective】 To investigate the effect of Xinmaikang on left ventricular hypertrophy in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR). 【Methods】 Thirty-five male SHR rats were randomly divided into model group, benazepril group (positive drug group), Xinmaikang group, Xinmaikang group and benazepril group. After 12 weeks of drug intervention, left ventricular mass index (LVI) was calculated. Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the expression of type I and type III collagen in myocardium of rats in each group. The ultrastructure of myocardial cells was observed under electron microscope. 【Results】 Compared with the model group, the left ventricular mass index of Xinmaikang group and Xinmaikang + benazepril group was significantly lower (P <0.05), and the expressions of type I and type III collagen Obvious, and each treatment group can reduce the expression of collagen, with Xinmaikang and Xinmaikang + benazepril treatment group was significantly (P <0.05 or P <0.01). 【Conclusion】 Xintimaikang may improve left ventricular hypertrophy in spontaneously hypertensive rats by reducing the expression of type I collagen and type III collagen to resist myocardial fibrosis.
