利用LBO晶体直接倍频波长为976nm的连续半导体激光二极管,获得了波长为488nm的连续蓝光输出,最大输出功率25mW。设计并分析了一个用于976nm激光倍频的L型谐振腔,并在实验基础上,制成了一台小型全固态488nm连续蓝光激光器。
The continuous blue laser with the wavelength of 488nm was obtained by using continuous semiconductor laser diode whose wavelength was 976nm by LBO crystal. The maximum output power was 25mW. A L - type resonator for 976nm laser frequency doubling was designed and analyzed. Based on the experiment, a small all - solid 488nm continuous blue laser was fabricated.
