  The calcium-activated chloride channels(CaCCs)are involved in many important physiological processes and the pore subunit of CaCCs is encoded by ANO1 gene,which have been demonstrated in several types of endothelial cells including mouse aorta endothelial cells and human umbilical vein endothelial cells.However,the molecular identity of ANO1 in human pulmonary artery endothelial cells(HPAECs)remains unknown.
