In this talk,we will be interested in the problem of statistical analysis and classification on populations of functional shapes,i.e geometrical shapes that carry additional scalar signal.The main difficulty is to model and estimate joint variations in shape and signal together.For that purpose,we propose a mathematical and numerical framework to estimate atlases on such datasets and simple tools to analyze resulting inter-subject variability among a population.
