　　Modulation of immune response through cytokine induction is a vital process in vaccine development and immune therapy.It is desirable to develop potent and non-toxic immunomodulators and vaccine adjuvants to promote successful immunotherapy and vaccine efficacy.Here we report the development of new immunomodulators and vaccine adjuvants by engineering rationally designed RNA nanoparticles.
