From the very beginning, throughout the world teacher has been playing a very constructive vital social role in the society by educating the young generation.The curriculum is the most important part of the teacher education.It reflects the national need and interest and leads the policy to meet its goal.In this study the researcher will study the curriculum of the teacher education in India and China.The study will be made through the philosophico-cultural context of the teacher education in India and China.The past and current curriculum will also be analyzed.The current problems of teacher education curriculum in both the countries and the challenges of the teacher educators in implementing the curricula will be compared between both the countries.On the basis of this analysis future trends will be discovered.
