Due to lack of meteorological stations in the high elevation areas,estimation of spatial distribution of temperature and precipitation in the upstream of the Heihe River Watershed is difficult.However,accompanying with the water utilization intensity stronger,the ecological problems as deduction of water in down reaches,falling of the water level,vegetation degeneration and so forth was more and more observed in the recent years.
