基于缸压的燃烧指标参数计算与ECU软件功能实现

本文所设计的辅助ECU缸压采集与燃烧状态计算策略,可在实际发动机运行中,代替实验室燃烧分析仪的作用,通过与主控ECU通信,实现缸压的闭环控制,受限于ECU的处理能力,软件在采样时序中断中仅完成采集缸压信号与计算平均指示有效压力(IMEP)的任务。而累积放热率与CA50的计算,则放置到ECU主函数中进行,当软件采集完一缸的缸压数据之后,存储在一个数组中,并通知主函数采集完成,主函数在ECU空余时间依次提取数组中的缸压采样数据,并根据公式计算累积放热率与CA50。当完成计算后,将通过CAN发送给主控ECU,并继续进行下一次缸压的采样。而缸压闭环反馈的引入,可使得燃烧状态可控,与开环控制相比,燃烧闭环控制具有明显的优势,在降低油耗、排放和故障诊断等各个方面都有更大的潜力,而且更适合于新技术HCCI燃烧技术和替代燃料在发动机上的应用。
