水稻抗咪唑啉酮类除草剂基因PCR分子标记的开发

  随着社会经济的不断发展,农村劳动力大量转移,直播稻作为目前水稻轻简栽培的一种重要方式,由于省工节本效果明显,深受广泛农户的欢迎,种植面积逐年增加。长期以来,田间杂草、杂草稻一直是威胁直播稻高产、稳产的重要因素,尽管除草剂能有效防治草害的发生,但对水稻也会造成一定的损害。因此,培育具有除草剂抗性的水稻品种将有效降低直播稻生产中因草害、药害而造成的经济损失。咪唑啉酮类除草剂是目前应用较广泛的一类除草剂,具有杀草谱广、用量低、除草效率高等优点。
