  The willingness to pay (WTP)for environmental services is influenced by respondents income,education level,awareness of environmental protection as well as other factors,and also residents have different public preferences on the implementation of improvement policies on watershed water quality and the WTP.The method of Quantile Regression (QR) can clear main impact factors of WTP for the high-payment group and the low-payment group,and reveal group needs and preferences on the environment policies from the perspective of different payment levels,payment abilities and income levels,so as to provide more accurate quantitative references for making watershed conservation policies.
