  Nitrogen Oxides (NOX) were part of the chief deleterious components in cigarette mainstream smoke.It has been implicated in the genesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and as precursors for carcinogenic N-nitrosamines[1].So it is important to analyze nitrogen oxides for the evaluation of the security of cigarette mainstream smoke.Many methods have been introduced for the determination of NOX, such as spectrophotometric method[2], electrochemistry method[3], Chemiluminescence method[4], gas chromatography[5], ion chromatographic method[6] and so on.
