采用煤基膏体充填料浆实现预充开采是解决小煤窑旧采残留资源二次回采的创新尝试。以水泥为胶结料,原煤和粉煤灰为骨料,运用正交试验方法,研究了原煤、粉煤灰、减水剂比例和浓度对膏体性能指标的影响规律,并通过极差分析和方差分析确定了这些因素的主次顺序和影响程度。研究结果表明:原煤比例的增大会降低膏体强度,粉煤灰可增加膏体的流动性和保水性,膏体浓度对膏体流动性和泌水率影响最大。当原煤∶粉煤灰∶水泥为4∶3∶1,减水剂比例为1.0%,膏体浓度为78%时,膏体料浆的强度和可泵性达到最佳。
Adopting coal-based paste filling slurry to realize pre-filling is an innovative attempt to solve the secondary recovery of residual coal resources in old coal mining. Using cement as raw material, raw coal and fly ash as aggregate, orthogonal test was used to study the effect of raw coal, fly ash, water reducer ratio and concentration on the properties of paste, An analysis of variance determines the order and degree of influence of these factors. The results show that the increase of the proportion of raw coal will reduce the strength of the paste, the fly ash can increase the fluidity and water retention of the paste, and the paste concentration has the greatest influence on the paste fluidity and bleeding rate. When the raw coal: fly ash: cement ratio of 4: 3: 1, water reducer ratio of 1.0%, the paste concentration of 78%, the paste slurry strength and pumpability to achieve the best.
