实体瘤的临床一直落后于血液肿瘤的进展,最重要的原因就是不能方便快捷的获取标本.基于简单血液检测的癌症筛查技术,即液体活检,具备广阔的应用前景.目前研究较为深入的液体活检技术, 主要包括CTC和ctDNA,两种技术均能够提供肿瘤进展的实时监控,为个性化肿瘤诊疗提供科学的依据.
