Non-structural protein 11 (nsp 11) of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) is a vial endoribonuclease that is essential for infectivity with an unknown mechanism. To examine the cellular gene expression profiles regulated by nspl 1,MARC-nspll cells were established by retrovirus-mediated gene transfer to constitutively express the nspl 1 protein.Gene integration and protein expression were confirmed by PCR,RT-PCR,and Western blot analysis using anti-nsp 11 antiserum raised in a rabbit.
