近年来国内超高层的建造发展迅猛,对于地基基础专业而言,技术准备是不足的。本文对天津滨海新区于家堡金融区起步区的超高层建筑桩基的设计计算加以分析和总结,包括试验桩测试的数据分析、应用Plaxis 3D Foundation所进行的基于超长桩-筏板-地基土相互作用的桩筏基础沉降变形计算分析,以期为正确判断超长桩工程性状提供帮助。
In recent years, the construction of super-high-rise buildings in China has been developing rapidly. For the foundation-based specialists, the technical preparations are inadequate. This paper analyzes and summarizes the design and calculation of the pile foundation of the high-rise building in the start-up area of Yujiapu Financial Zone in Tianjin Binhai New Area, including the data analysis of the test pile test, the application of the pile foundation based on the ultra-long piled-raft- Soil-pile interaction of piled raft settlement calculation and analysis, in order to correctly judge the super-long pile engineering properties to provide help.
