　　Light emitting diodes (LEDs) have become more and more popular in lighting area.However,the thermal problem is still a critical issue influencing the stability, reliability and lifetime of high power LEDs.About 70%-85% of the electrical power in LEDs will be converted into heat for the state-of-art technology [1].
