Background: My group pre-study showed the incidence of type 2 diabetes with osteoporosis maybe associated with inhibition of IGF-1, IRS-1 and IRS-2 expression, reduction of PI3K, AKT expression and increased expression of NFkB in bone tissue.In this study, we transfected of rat osteoblasts in vitro, observed Nfκ B, mRNA and protein expression in osteoblasts, to clarify a new mechanism under diabetes osteoporosis.
