Preparation of Macro-mesopore SiO2 Microspheres with a Mixed Template under Association Acion of K2S

  Using tri-block polymer (F127),polyethylene glycol (PEG20000),polyethylene glycol (PEG20000) and methylcellulose (MC) as mixed templates,tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) as material,inorganic salt K2SO4 as additive,macro-mesopore monodisperse SiO2 microspheres were successfully prepared by using liquid-liquid microdispersion technology.The prepared silica microspheres were characterized by nitrogen adsorption and desorption,X-ray diffraction (XRD),transmission electron microscopy (TEM),scanning electron microscope (SEM) and infrared spectrum.The effect of mass ratio of mixed templates,hydrolysis time and quality of inorganic salts K2SO4 on the microspheres structure were studied.The results show that adding inorganic salts could regulate the pore structure of silica microspheres effectively,the microspheres which were obtained by adding inorganic salts have good monodispersity and sphericity,it also have macro-mesopore structure,its pore volume can achieve 4 mL/g,The results showed that it will have potential application prospect in the chemical industry and environmental protection.
