：

泡沫病毒(foamy virus,FV)属于反转录病毒科泡沫病毒亚科,它在体外培养的细胞或组织中能引起强烈病变效应,但尚未有报道表明它能在天然宿主体内形成致病症状,仅潜伏感染并伴随宿主终身。原型泡沫病毒(prototypefoamy virus,PFV)作为唯一感染人类的泡沫病毒,已经发现数种宿主限制因子可以抑制PFV复制,但PFV感染对细胞基因表达的影响尚待全面深入研究。本实验室前期利用PFV感

转录因子FOXO4与大鼠软骨细胞退变的相关性研究
