BACKGROUND: In recent years, studies have shown that continuous decrease of the level of glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) could reduce the incidence of the complications induced by diabetes.This study aimed to discuss the value of HbA1c in predicting carotid atherosclerosis in the elderly male population.

BiPAP治疗慢性心肺功能衰竭合并高乳酸血症患者的疗效观察

目的探讨无创双水平正压通气(BiPAP)治疗慢性心肺功能衰竭合并高乳酸血症患者的临床疗效.方法回顾性分析60例慢性心肺功能衰竭合并高乳酸血症患者的临床资料,根据治疗方案分为常规氧疗组30例(常规组)和BiPAP无创组30例(BiPAP组).入科首日及第3天基本生命体征及临床试验指标,包括血乳酸、PH、PO2、PCO2、NT-proBNP、白细胞总数、肌酐及白蛋白；研究观察截点为5天内的插管率.

2014年欧洲危重病医学会(ESICM)休克及血流动力学监测共识解读

休克指危及生命的急性循环衰竭,伴有细胞对氧利用的障碍.循环系统功能衰竭使得循环系统不能将足够的氧气运输到组织器官,导致细胞缺氧,血乳酸增高.休克表现为4种基本类型(可由多个过程共同参与):低动力休克:低血容量性、心源性、梗阻性休克;高动力休克:分布性休克.通过临床表现，生化标志物，血流动力学来诊断休克。而血流动力学监测还可以确定休克治疗的目标血压，对改善灌注的指导作用，评价治疗反应具有实际意义。
