运动对控制糖尿病具有重要作用,运动治疗是现代糖尿病管理的主要内容之一.规律运动可增加胰岛素敏感性,有助于控制血糖,改善胰岛素对抗,降低心血管事件发生率和死亡率,提高生活质量,在糖尿病预防和治疗中发挥至关重要的作用.2型糖尿病患者每周应至少参加150分钟的中等(40～60 ％VO2max)至高强度(＞60％VO2max)有氧运动,并至少分配到3天中进行,但不能连续2天以上不运动,即相邻两次运动时间的间隔不超过两天.
