In the context of economic globalization, the effective implementation of bilingual education is the critical means to cultivate intemational talents.Based on bilingual teaching practice of Weifang Universiy, and through the questionnaire survey and deep interview, this study explored outstanding issues existing in bilingual teachings, on this basis, from four levels of bilingual curriculum system optimization, hierarchicalstyle bilingual teaching system built, bilingual practical teaching system built and the bilingual teaching knowledge platform construction, this thesis made deep study on bilingual teaching system reconstruction, so as to truly improve quality and effect of bilingual teachings, and make the bilingual teachings actually become the effective ways to cultivate international talents.
