Objective To investigate the effect of silibinin on the invasion and migration in human gastric cancer cell line SGC7901 and its underlying mechanism.Methods Human gastric cancer cell line SGC7901 was treated with various concentration of silibinin.The cellular invasion and migration were measured by wound healing assay and Transwell chamber.The protein expression and mRNA of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were detected by Western blot and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction, respectively.
