Cisbio Bioassays has developed a comprehensive line of HTRF (homogeneous time-resolved fluorescence) reagents for assessing oncology-related targets such kinases, ATPases, ubiquitin and heparanase assays.To enlarge available tools for researchers, we have developed a universal Serine/threonine and tyrosine kinase assays (HTRF? KinEASE?), a specific approach through a comprehensive toolbox with an extensive line of highly specific europium cryptate labeled anti-phosphoresidues antibodies (partnered with Millipore and Cell Signaling Technology) and a universal method based on ADP generation measurement kit (HTRF(R) TranscreenerTM ADP assay).HTRF(R)ADP Transcreener TM is perfectly suited for High Throughput Screening applications, profiling and mechanistic studies.The presentation will describe some applications related to all these topics.
