Objective:Compare vertebral body heights of 2 groups after operation.Methods:Dick screw and AF screw were used to treat 52 cases of vertebral fracture and all the patients received follow-up.Result:Because of joint loosening,the vertebral body height lost obviously in Dick screw group.Conclusion:AF system was simple in structure and handled easily in reduction and fixation.
