Objective: To investigate the therapeutic efficiency of dasatinib in CML patients with mutations ofimatinib-resistant ABL kinase domains.Methods: We report two cases of CML patients who were resistant to imatinib and nilotinib, but not to dasatinib, because of ABL mutation.ABL kinase domains were sequenced.Theeffectiveness of dasatinib administration was determined.
