Objective We carry out this study to analyze the infection status and the distribution of serum markers of human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) in 10147 hospitalized children from birth to 14 years of age during March 2010 to March 2013 from Wenzhou region.Methods The antibodies IgM and IgG to HCMV were quantitatively detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA),HCMV IgM or IgG detection rate,concentration,and their distribution in various age groups were analyzed retrospectively.
