目的：观察复方中药通心络对脑缺血大鼠微血管的影响.方法：将48只健康SPF级SD大鼠随机分为六组：假手术组、模型组、通心络大剂量组(1.6g/kg？d)、通心络中剂量组(0.8g/kg？d)、通心络小剂量组(0.4g/kg？d)、尼莫地平组(10mg/kg？d)，每组8只.采用开颅结扎法阻断大鼠一侧大脑中动脉制作局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型，假手术组大鼠只挑开脑膜，不结扎血管.
