Objective To observe the effects of low frenquet extra-stimuli on dorsal root ganglion neurons and on GABAA-R induced depolariztion.Methods Intracellular recording,low frequent extra-stimuli to sciatic nerve.Results GABA-induced depolariztion was inhibited by low frenquent extra-stimuli.The ratio of inhibition was 20.6% when duration of stimulation was 500 μs,and other stimulating parameters were 2 V,1 Hz,5 min when stimulating sciatic nerve (n =5,P < 0.05).When duration of stimulation was more than 500 μs,with the widen duration of stimulation,the inhibitory effect of low frenquent extra-stimuli on GABAA-R induced depolariztion was increased,the inhibitory effect reached maximum and the ratio of inhibition was 28.2% when duration of stimulation was 5 ms (n =5,P < 0.05).The ratio of inhibition was 28.
