弹性应变梯度对半导体激子动力学调制作用的超高时空分辨光谱(TR-CL)研究

从原子尺度对半导体材料的电子能带结构和载流子动力学进行人工裁剪和调控,对于设计新型光电子功能器件和提升现有半导体光电子器件性能,具有十分重要的指导意义.我们前期研究工作表明,由于微/ 纳米尺度材料能够承载比体材料大得多的弹性应变[1],可以从原子尺度连续和可逆的调节半导体的晶格参数,应变效应被放大[2],应变梯度发挥作用[3].弹性应变工程可作为一种用于人为调控半导体材料电子能带结构和载流子动力学行为的重要手段.但是,对于非均匀应变场的应变梯度对半导体激子和载流子动力学影响的研究,尤其是实验上的研究是一个巨大的挑战.
