Objectives Aptamers are artificial nucleic acid ligands selected by systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment and capable of binding to their targets with high specificity and affinity.The present study was aimed to select aptamers against the serum of alpha-fetoprotein negative hepatic carcinoma (ANPHC) and evaluate their diagnostic value for ANPHC.
