马尾松(Pinus massoniana Lamb.)是一个种内杂种优势较为明显的树种,为了做到有效充分的收集遗传资料必须充分重视物种的遗传多样性和群体遗传结构.马尾松子代的测定多采用形态观测来进行,本研究采用马尾松特异的IRAP标记,对其优树半同胞子代的遗传多样性进行了分析研究,以期为马尾松遗传改良和品种选育提供依据.
