Objective:Analyze the changes and significance of serum IL-6,IL-15 level in juvenile rheumatoid arthritis patients.Methods:Collect serum samples of 31 cases of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis children and 16 cases of healthy children,detect the IL-6,IL-15 mass concentration with LuminexTM-1 00 liquid analysis platform.Results:It had a higher level of IL-6,IL-15 in the acute and remission period of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis patients than those in normal control group,the gap was statistically significant (p<0.05).
