该论文主要介绍S7-1200PLC在DWC单面机上的应用.单面机是瓦楞纸板生产线中的关键设备,它的性能直接影响到整条生产线的产品质量.生产过程中单面机必须速度平稳,并且要根据速度实时调节胶水厚度,还要确保液压系统平稳施压,才能生产出合格的单面瓦楞纸板.在控制上需要速度控制、液压控制、与生产管理系统接口处理、胶量显示并自动控制、与人机界面通信以及外围一些辅助电动机与电磁阀的控制等,综合比较后,采用了SIMATIC S7-1200 PLC作为控制平台,施耐德HMISTU855作为人机界面显示相关信息,HMI与PLC采用以太网通信方式,经过测试后整套系统运行稳定,达到了预期效果.
