干细胞与骨组织工程支架材料

  外伤、肿瘤外科手术、先天性缺损、炎症感染及相关的骨组织疾病是造成骨缺损的主要原因.2004 年美国人民在骨组织疾病上的治疗费用达到8490 亿美元,相当于7.7%的GDP 总量.随着人口老龄化的出现,这些数字将会显著增加.干细胞介导的组织工程技术能促进损伤愈合及病变组织的再生能力,这对于骨缺损的治疗带来了新的希望.此次报道将主要介绍近年来关于人类干细胞在骨组织工程中的应用,包括脐带间充质干细胞、胚胎干细胞和诱导多能干细胞.同时,对于可吸收矿物质仿生支架材料的合成方法、细胞与支架材料相互作用、动物模型体内骨再生效果,以及影响组织工程的关键因素也将一一汇报.
