【摘 要】
：
探讨VHL和ZBRK1相互作用在肾癌发生发展的分子机制.运用定量PCR及免疫荧光检测肾癌样本中ZBRK1的表达情况,分析其临床意义.ZBRK1与VHL相互作用结构域的确定以及共定位分析.运用酵母双杂交技术,定量PCR,免疫共沉淀技术及其荧光素酶报告系统等实验方法分析ZBRK1与VHL之间相互作用的机制.通过一系列功能试验分析ZBRK1对肾癌的增殖迁移及其侵袭等细胞行为的改变.
