Research in using orange residue to produce feed-protein,fmding parameter oscillations about activity of feeding-enzyme and content of soluble protein in using single strain and mixed stratus in different times.In controlling parameter such as temperature, the proportion of accessorial materials, moisture, size of orange residue and volume quantity, the activity of enzyme, content of soluble protein and the number of strains of ferment production have an periodicity oscillation.Analyze the factor and mechanistic of oscillations in researching of using orange residue to produce feed-protein.This kind of discovery show feed-protein and feeding-enzyme will have a new development.
