为了解广西近年规模猪场猪伪狂犬病毒(PRV)野毒感染情况和流行态势,应用gE-ELISA法对2013年1月～2016年12月采自广西14个地级市290个规模猪场的8676份送检血清样品进行PRVgE抗体血清学分析.结果显示,290个猪场中,142个猪场为PRV野毒感染阳性场,阳性率为48.97％;受检猪血清样品8676份中,PRVgE抗体检出阳性数为1957份,阳性率为22.56％;其中2013年～2016年PRVgE抗体检出阳性率分别为4.68％、21.16％、24.00％和29.85％,PRVgE抗体检出阳性率呈逐年上升趋势,猪伪狂犬病发生风险及概率较高,要重视及加强对猪伪狂犬病的防控与净化.
