Ultrasonic parameters such as pulse velocity,attenuation and spectral analysis are utilized by means of multivariate mathematical statistics for exploring the feasibility of measurements of food solution concentration and composition.Time-domain and frequency-domain of signals were studied when low-intensity ultrasound transmits through alcohol solutions(methanol,ethanol,isopropanol,glycol,n-butanol)in different concentration (5%~100%,w/w,5% gredients) at 20℃.
