The Ao Shi Shang Han Jin Jing Lu(敖氏伤寒金镜录)was first compiled in 1341, and it was the first complete tongue diagnosis monograph in the world.Its publication sparked the development of tongue diagnosis in China and in Europe.This work was first published as part of my book "Gold Mirrors and Tongue Reflections" in 2012.Here I present a suggestion for the translation of the two original introductions of the book.
