宁波环球航运广场巨型结构体系的特点决定了高承载力、绝对沉降小的桩基选择。根据场地的地质情况,选择直径1m的桩端后注浆钻孔灌注桩,第⑩层作为桩基持力层,入土深度近90m。鉴于该类型超长大直径桩端后注浆钻孔灌注桩首次在宁波地区应用,进行了施工前期静载试桩、桩周土阻力测试、工程桩静载试验以及桩身质量超声波检测等测试,保证了桩基施工质量并达到了设计预期承载力目标;同时前期试桩的测试结果也为施工工艺的改进提供了基础,取得了良好的实际效果。本工程的桩基设计、施工、检测结果为超长大直径桩端后注浆钻孔灌注桩在宁波地区的应用提供了经验和参考依据。
